1. Identification of the owner and general information
COPAIBA is the trade name of the company NAVIONTRUCK WORLD MEDIA, SL These Terms and Conditions regulate access to and use of the website www.copaiba.store (hereinafter, the Website) owned by NAVIONTRUCK WORLD MEDIA, SL (hereinafter , COPAIBA), with CIF Bo4828885 and registered office at Calle Salzillo 9, 1º E, 04740, Roquetas de Mar (Almería), as well as the services and products offered by COPAIBA on its website.
COPAIBA offers this website subject to these Terms and Conditions. By visiting the website or using the services or applications of the website, the user accepts these Terms and Conditions.
User registration will not be required to access the website. However, in order to contract any of the services offered by COPAIBA, the User's registration and acceptance of these conditions will be required before formalizing the payment.
Through the website, COPAIBA offers COPAIBA brand sunglasses to Users.
These COPAIBA Terms and Conditions, described below, define the rights and obligations of COPAIBA and the Users within the framework of the Website. These are the only Terms and Conditions applicable to the use of the website (without prejudice to the fact that for certain services there may be particular conditions) and to the contracting of orders through the website and replace any other conditions, except prior agreement and in writing between COPAIBA and the User.

3. Orders and conditions of sale
The services and products offered through the COPAIBA Website are intended for the purchase by Users of COPAIBA brand sunglasses.
In order to contract an order from COPAIBA, the User must be over 18 years of age.
From the Website www.copaiba.store, COPAIBA will send orders to any part of the world.
To place orders through the Website, the User must provide a series of data prior to contracting, through the purchase form, and that will be necessary to be able to manage their purchase order.
4. Price, payment method and discount codes
Once the data on the form has been completed, the User must proceed to pay for the order through the means of payment specified on the Website.
After the payment is made, the User will receive an order confirmation e-mail, which will include a summary of the items purchased, the requested shipping method and the destination address.
If at the time of payment there is an incident that prevents payment, the User will receive an automatic payment error message and their order will not be processed until the payment process is successfully completed.
The prices of the services are expressed in Euros (€), including taxes and management and shipping costs, the amount of which will be indicated at the time of the final confirmation of each order.
All the prices shown are final prices, expressly including the Value Added Tax (VAT), without prejudice to the fact that the user will have detailed information on the price of the product at all times. In the case of the Canary Islands, VAT will be excluded when making the payment of the order.
COPAIBA may periodically offer discount codes to its Users. Said discounts may only be applied in accordance with the instructions specified by COPAIBA with respect to each code, and in any case, Users may only use a single code per order.
The use of discount codes will not be compatible with certain promotional actions and collections.
5. Information on COPAIBA products and services
The data included on the website in each description of the products and services, in their photographs, graphic or iconographic representations or videos, as well as trade names, trademarks or distinctive signs of any kind, have a merely informative function. Therefore, COPAIBA declines any responsibility for the appearance of errors in said information, although it undertakes to take all measures within its power to correct the aforementioned errors or omissions as soon as possible after being informed of them.
6. Returns and right of withdrawal
6.1. Returns for manufacturing defects.
The User may return to COPAIBA, free of charge, any product that has a manufacturing defect. Taking into account the nature of the contracted products, the User will have a period of one month from when he became aware of the lack of conformity of the product to notify COPAIBA of his lack of conformity with them. If this period is exceeded, any damages will be assumed by the User.
The return of the products that present manufacturing defects in them, will not imply any additional cost for the User.
To formalize the return, the User must contact COPAIBA within the granted period of one month, in the following contact form, indicating the product or products to be returned, attaching a photograph and a detailed list of the defects observed in them.
Once COPAIBA has received the communication from the User, it will inform you within 3-5 business days whether or not the return of the product is appropriate. In the event that the return is appropriate, COPAIBA will indicate to the User the method of collection or delivery of the defective product to its offices/stores.
The offices/warehouses to which Users may send the defective product are the following:

Each product to be returned must be unused and with all its labels, packaging and -if applicable-, documentation and original accessory elements that came with it. If the User does not proceed in this way, COPAIBA reserves the right to deny the return.
Once the product has been received and the defects verified, COPAIBA will give the User the possibility of substituting the product for another with identical characteristics, unless this option is objectively impossible or disproportionate for COPAIBA.
In the event that for reasons of lack of stock it is not possible to proceed with the shipment of another product with identical characteristics, the User may choose between terminating the contract (that is, the return of the amounts paid) or requesting the shipment of another model that the User voluntarily chooses.
The delivery of the product with identical characteristics or the new model that the User chooses, as appropriate, will be made in the next 3-5 business days from the date on which COPAIBA will confirm to the User the replacement of the defective product or the shipment of the new one. model.
The substitution, the sending of a new model or the resolution of the contract will not imply additional expenses for the User.
If the User terminates the contract, COPAIBA will refund the entire amount paid to the User for the purchase of the defective product (including shipping costs).
COPAIBA informs Users that the term for the return of the amounts paid will depend on the payment method used by the User when purchasing the product:
-If the User has made the payment by credit/debit card, COPAIBA will refund the amount paid within a period of 14 calendar days from when the User decided to terminate the contract.
-If the User has made the payment through PayPal, COPAIBA will refund the amount paid within a period of 24-48 business hours from when the User decided to terminate the contract.
6.2. Withdrawal.
In the event that the User is not satisfied with the products received in his order, the User, in accordance with the General Law for the defense of Consumers and Users, will have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to return the entire of the order or, if you prefer, you can return any of the products that will make up the total order and all this without any penalty and without the need to indicate the reasons.
However, the User will be responsible for the direct cost of returning COPAIBA, whether they return the entire order or decide to return only some of the products in the order.
To formalize the return, you must contact COPAIBA using the following form. Once said communication is received, COPAIBA will indicate the method of sending the order to its offices or warehouses.
The User may send the product to the following COPAIBA offices/warehouses:

COPAIBA is not responsible for the courier company that the User hires to return the order. In this sense, COPAIBA recommends that the User require the courier company to provide proof of delivery once the courier has deposited the product in the COPAIBA offices/warehouses, so that the User is aware that the product has been delivered correctly to COPAIBA.
The costs of returning the order (such as shipping costs through courier companies) will be borne directly by the User.
The product must be unused and with all its labels, packaging and -if applicable-, documentation and original accessory elements that came with it. If the User does not proceed in this way or if the product has suffered any damage, the User accepts that the product may suffer a depreciation or that COPAIBA may refuse the return.
Once COPAIBA receives the order and checks that it is in good condition, COPAIBA will proceed to return all the amounts paid by the User.
If the User decides to return the order in its entirety, COPAIBA will return to the User all the amounts that the User had paid (including shipping costs).
If the User only wishes to return one or some of the products that were part of the order, COPAIBA will not be able to refund the shipping costs that the User has paid for the entire order.
COPAIBA informs Users that the term for the return of the amounts paid will depend on the payment method used by the User when purchasing the product:

7. Product Exchange Policy
COPAIBA does not admit the exchange between a product purchased by the User for another product that is offered on the Website.
In the event that the User wants to make a change to a product, they must exercise their right of withdrawal on it in accordance with the provisions of clause 6.2 and subsequently purchase the new product they want.
