1. Returns for manufacturing defects

The User may return to COPAIBA, free of charge, any product that has a manufacturing defect. Taking into account the nature of the contracted products, the User will have a period of one month from when he became aware of the lack of conformity of the product to notify COPAIBA of his lack of conformity with them. If this period is exceeded, any damages will be assumed by the User.

The return of the products that present manufacturing defects in them, will not imply any additional cost for the User.

To formalize the return, the User must contact COPAIBA within the granted period of one month through the following form indicating the product or products to be returned, attaching a photograph and a detailed list of the defects appreciated in them.

Once COPAIBA has received the communication from the User, it will inform you within 3-5 business days whether or not the return of the product is appropriate. In the event that the return is appropriate, COPAIBA will indicate to the User the method of collection or delivery of the defective product to its offices/stores.

Each product to be returned must be unused and with all its labels, packaging and -if applicable-, documentation and original accessory elements that came with it. If the User does not proceed in this way, COPAIBA reserves the right to deny the return.

Once the product has been received and the defects verified, COPAIBA will give the User the opportunity to replace the product with another with identical characteristics, unless this option is objectively impossible or disproportionate for COPAIBA.

In the event that for reasons of lack of stock it is not possible to proceed with the shipment of another product with identical characteristics, the User may choose between terminating the contract (that is, the return of the amounts paid) or requesting the shipment of another model that the User voluntarily chooses.

The delivery of the product with identical characteristics or the new model that the User chooses, as appropriate, will be made in the next 3-5 business days from the date on which COPAIBA will confirm to the User the replacement of the defective product or the shipment of the new one. model.

The substitution, the sending of a new model or the resolution of the contract will not imply additional expenses for the User.

If the User terminates the contract, COPAIBA will refund the entire amount paid to the User for the purchase of the defective product (including shipping costs).

COPAIBA informs Users that the term for the return of the amounts paid will depend on the payment method used by the User when purchasing the product:

If the User has made the payment by credit/debit card, COPAIBA will refund the amount paid within a period of 14 calendar days from when the User decided to terminate the contract.

If the User has made the payment through PayPal, COPAIBA will refund the amount paid within a period of 24-48 business hours from when the User decided to terminate the contract.

2. Withdrawal

In the event that the User is not satisfied with the products received in his order, the User, in accordance with the General Law for the defense of Consumers and Users, will have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to return the entire of the order or, if you prefer, you can return any of the products that make up the total order and all this without any penalty and without the need to indicate the reasons.

However, the User will be responsible for the direct cost of returning COPAIBA, whether they return the entire order or decide to return only some of the products in the order.

To formalize the return, you must contact COPAIBA at the address, sending the completed withdrawal form that is attached to these Terms and Conditions as ANNEX 1. Once said communication has been received, COPAIBA It will indicate the method of sending the order to its offices or warehouses.

The User may send the product to the following COPAIBA offices/warehouses:

COPAIBA is not responsible for the courier company that the User hires to return the order. In this sense, COPAIBA recommends that the User require the courier company to provide proof of delivery once the courier has deposited the product at the COPAIBA offices, so that the User is aware that the product has been delivered. correctly to COPAIBA. The costs of returning the order (such as shipping costs through courier companies) will be borne directly by the User.

Once COPAIBA verifies that the order is in good condition, COPAIBA will proceed to issue a voucher with the value of the product, given the nature of the product we do not make money refunds.

If the User decides to return the order in its entirety, COPAIBA will issue the User a voucher with all the amounts that the User would have paid (not including the shipping costs if it had been paid separately).

In any case, COPAIBA will issue the credit vouchers as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days following the date on which the User has informed of their decision to withdraw from the contract.

In the case of promotions applicable to the acquisition of independent articles that include the addition of an additional product, being by way of example, but not limited to 2x1, 3x2 promotions or any other that implies the delivery of an extra product for free or reduced price, if the User decides to apply his right of withdrawal on his purchase, said right will have effects on the set of products provided as part of the promotion.

3. Product Exchange Policy

COPAIBA does not admit the exchange between a product purchased by the User for another product that is offered on the Website.

In the event that the User wants to make a change to a product, they must exercise their right of withdrawal on it in accordance with the provisions of clause 6.2 and subsequently purchase the new product they want.
